Delivery

Any order placed on our website before 4pm will be delivered same day and orders placed after 4pm will be delivered next day within Kuwait, excluding Public Holidays, all other countries will be delivered within a maximum of 3 days, by door to door courier DHL.

Missed Delivery

If you are not available to sign for your delivery & a secure place has been identified on your delivery instructions then your parcel will be left in this location & courier will leave a card with relevant instructions.

If no secure place has been identified the courier will leave a card inviting you to re-arrange a suitable time for delivery?

Change of Delivery Address

Should you need to change your details, your can change your details using your on-line account on our website, in the “Personal Details” area. If you don’t have an account and you have ordered as a guest your can send an e-mail to info@capita-retail.com with your new delivery address or you may call/message us on +965 6655.0451.

How much is Delivery?

Next day delivery in Kuwait is 2.000 KD, to UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman , KSA, Jordan, Syria, Iran, Yemen & Lebanon the cost will be 3.500 KD to cover transportation. Delivery will be Free of Charge for orders over 26KD.
