Products ordered wrong (wrong size) can be exchanged with other identical but different size or with similar products of equal value within 60 days of purchase, but in this case the customer will bear the full cost of transporting round-trip if you can bring to our office. Return costs are:

• 3 KWD for Kuwait
• 5 KWD for United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman
• 5.5 KWD for Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syrian Arab Republic, Iran, Lebanon, Yemen

You can not return:

• Expressly ordered products at the request of the buyer and not part of the stock at time of order
• Products that no longer have the original packaging in which it was delivered
• Products which do not have the warranty (if applicable)
• Deteriorated products
